The booty band hip thrusts bar literally makes hip thrusts so easy it doesn’t even feel like you have any weight on the bar I love it and will recommend to friends
They great and strong material, a bit tight if you have bigger legs then most so not so much resistance but I guess that is the point.

The Smith Machine is so much more comfortable now I use the pad!
So much cushion, so comfortable and so easy to use. It comes with velcro staps to keep the pad in place however I don't feel you even need it, so I can easily slip it off and on depending if I am using for hip thrusts or squats.
It has serious cushion and makes it so comfortable.
